Located within Charlotte’s dynamic University City, the submarket had its most recent boost from the Light Rail expansion enhancing its accessibility to the major job centers from UNC Charlotte which has a $2.1B Annual Economic Impact. Furthermore, significant infrastructure improvements ($216M+ planned and under construction) will improve the area’s walkability with expanded sidewalks, pedestrian-friendly intersections, and public spaces.
