CEO AND FOUNDER
Jane Wu
Jane founded Panorama Holdings, a real estate development and investment firm in 2014. Since Panorama’s inception Jane has overseen and guided $600MM real estate transactions across multifamily, office, retail, mixed-use and hotels. Today she remains actively involved in all investment decisions while guiding the team and formulating the longterm strategic vision for the group.
Prior to establishing Panorama Jane was an investment banker at Bank of America and Wells Fargo where she participated in $3BN of real estate finance and advisory transactions. Jane completed her MBA in Financial Engineering from Belk College of Business in UNC Charlotte and her executive MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Caroline Gibson
Caroline is the Chief Operating Officer at Panorama Holdings. She is responsible for the operational oversight of the firm, part of the executive committee devising corporate strategy and initiatives, additionally, she oversees equity in capital markets. Caroline just joined Panorama in 2023 after serving as a consultant for the firm for over a year.
Prior to Panorama, Caroline founded a strategic and capital markets consultancy, Zilker Park Capital Group, which advised real estate investment managers on transitioning from a retail investor base to institutional capital. Prior to Zilker Capital Group, Caroline was Director of U.S. and International Investor Relations at The Resmark Companies. Prior to Resmark, Caroline spent over fifteen years based in Europe advising real estate clients on their growth strategies. Caroline studied Law at Liverpool John Moores University. She is a passionate animal advocate, having been involved with numerous animal charities in Europe and U.S. including London Zoo, NKLA Best Friends Animal Society, and Wags n' Walks.
DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT
John Joyner
John is Director of Asset Management at Panorama Holdings. He is responsible for all asset oversight and is part of the executive committee developing operational standards and fundamental structure for Panorama. After having worked with and opened one of Panorama's newest assets as General Manager of the AC Hotel Ballantyne, John joined the Panorama team in January 2023.
John Joyner has more than 25 years of hospitality experience. Working with some of the largest and most recognized global hotel companies, John has earned the highest accolades and recognition for his performance. He has experience in asset openings, asset rebranding, growth and development and maintains a strong track record for building culture at facilities and within departments. John has a history of developing competent internal teams that consistently exceed financial proformas and surpass customer satisfaction goals.
John is a graduate of East Carolina University. When he is not spending time with his wife and three daughters, he truly enjoys going offshore fishing. He also sits on the board for Miles against Melanoma, which has raised over a quarter of a million dollars toward developing a cure for Melanoma Skin Cancer.
INVESTMENT MANAGER
Harry Cui, CCIM
Harry Cui is an Investment Manager at Panorama Holdings. He is responsible for financial modeling, underwriting and deal closing on commercial real estate assets at Panorama Holdings. In addition, he manages relationships with existing and prospective investors.
He started his career at Panorama. Over the last six years at Panorama, he has closed transactions totaling over $500 million, including but not limited to construction loans for ground-up developments, refinance loans for stabilized assets, equity raises for fund/project investments, acquisitions, and liquidations of existing assets. He had exposure to asset classes spanning multifamily, hotel, office and mixed-use development.
He earned an MS in Finance degree from Simon Business School, University of Rochester, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Fudan University. He recently received his designation of CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) recognizing experts in the disciplines of commercial real estate investment.
